Welcome to 99Peaks! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules for using the 99 Peaks application ("App"), developed by 99 Peaks Pte Ltd, Singapore. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Scope of Service

99 Peaks provides a holistic wellness platform to enhance physical, mental, emotional, and social health through habit formation, marker tracking, and gamified wellness practices. It contains evidence based informational content related to the peaks and markers along with progress reports of how users conquer different peaks and self checks the markers. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18+, and we may take steps to verify age eligibility if required by law or platform policies.

The App provides informational content only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your health practices. We do not claim to treat, prevent or cure diseases.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

You may have access to the full features for the first two months, if you are a Beta user. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free access, which may vary based on factors including the Product or Service you select and whether you have redeemed a Free Access previously.

Users may access the Products or Services via a subscription fee-based program (“Subscription”). Subscriptions may be available via monthly or annual options (“Subscription Term”). For the purposes of our monthly and annual subscriptions, a month constitutes 30 calendar days and a year constitutes 365 calendar days. Subscriptions may be charged separately for Products and Services. If you activate a Subscription, you authorize 99 Peaks to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis all accrued sums (“Subscription Fee”) on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums. Your account will be charged automatically on the date when you purchase your first subscription to the Product or Service (“Subscription Billing Date”) for all applicable fees and taxes for the next subscription period. The Subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your Subscription or 99 Peaks terminates your Subscription or your account.

All content, designs, text, graphics, and software in the App are the intellectual property of 99 Peaks Pte Ltd. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

We collect only necessary data related to user profile and committed towards encryption, obfuscation, anonymization, and de-identification of user data. 99 Peaks ensures that overseas service providers like AWS act only as data processors.

We are committed to provide accurate, evidence-based, reliable information with rigorous fact-checking and quality assurance, but do not guarantee completeness or full accuracy. Use content at your discretion.

The App may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your App access at any time for violations of these Terms or legal non-compliance.
